In the spring of 2018, I sold my home, put my possessions in storage and set out to travel the world for one year eating RAW (raw fruits and veggies, that is)!
I decided that not only did I want to travel to places where the fruits and veggies were in season, but I wanted to be warm.
So I set my sights on the food (Durian, Jackfruit, Guavas, Papayas, Longkong, Mangoes, Bok Choy, Daikon, Okra, Wasabi) and weather (sunny) in Asia!
In order to lighten my life and my journey, I decided to travel for a year with one small backpack and a carryon!
(We'll see how that goes...)
I am filled with gratitude for my family and friends who never cease to lift up my heart. I will miss them immensely.
